ABOUT ME
It wasn't until I moved out of my childhood home that my headaches vanished. The clutter and chaos had been the source of my discomfort. I wanted to help others understand that simplifying their possessions, tasks, and time could make life less overwhelming. I delved into personal development books early on, fascinated by why we do what we do and how our brains function.
In my mid-20s, I started a career as a professional organizer. I loved designing rooms, organizing spaces, and helping people find order in their lives. It was a fulfilling career with a monthly newspaper column, media opportunities, magazine features, and countless lives changed for the better.
As I entered my late 20s and started a family, life became hectic. Balancing family, home, career, and relationships took a toll on my free spirit and sense of adventure. I realized I had become disconnected and lost touch with myself. Self-care took a backseat as I focused on being a determined entrepreneur.

In my mid to late 30s, I recognized the need to prioritize self-care again to be the best mom, businesswoman, and individual I could be. I had neglected the essence of who I was in the pursuit of success. I embarked on a journey to rediscover the playful, fun-loving, adventurous spirit of the little girl inside me and to love her unconditionally.
Turning 40, I hired a personal trainer to achieve the best shape of my life. It was a transformative experience that made me realize the importance of finding a sustainable "happy" weight while balancing all aspects of life. During this journey, wildfires struck my hometown in 2017, affecting my loved ones and the community. We chose to live tiny, finding joy in simplicity and the freedom it brought.

Living tiny allowed me to focus on self-discovery, healing, and reconnection. I embraced stillness, explored my inner child, and practiced self-love through boundaries.
As my children prepare to leave the nest and I navigate the wild ride of hormonal shifts, I look forward to Life 2.0 with excitement, prioritizing my mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I am here to support you on your journey of self-discovery, growth and wellness.
